If you can't come to Israel, LET ISRAEL COME TO YOU!
With Virtual Tours from Israel Insider Tours, you'll feel like you're actually visiting Israel! Popular tour guide Rabbi Aryeh Leifert will provide you with LIVE GUIDING as you explore the Temple Mount, walk through Jerusalem's gates, see the valley where David took down Goliath, visit sites related to October 7, 2023, and more.
YOU WILL LOVE VIRTUAL ISRAEL TOURING IF YOU:
-
Are a family interested in a meaningful weekend activity. Invite members of your extended family to join, and you can have a family get-together every other month, virtually touring Israel.
-
Are a teacher at a day school, home school, Hebrew School, or Sunday School. Virtual Israel Tours is a great way to conclude a unit of Tanach/Bible, as your students get to virtually visit the places they just learned about. Or, get them excited for an upcoming trip to Israel, by offering them a sneak peak of where they'll be visiting!
-
Wish to create a meaningful, unique program to mark modern Israeli holidays, including Yom HaShoah, Yom HaZikaron, Yom HaAtzma'ut, and Yom Yerushalayim.
-
Are the parent or grandparent of a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, and wish to give them an out-of-the-box gift. Purchase a multi-session package, and take the entire family, wherever they are in the world, on a virtual family trip to Israel.
-
Would like to mark the yahrzeit of a loved one. We can add some pictures of them to the start of the presentation, and before we begin the session, you are welcome to say a few words about them, thereby keeping their memory alive.
-
Live in a retirement community in Florida or anywhere else, and wish to organize a bimonthly Virtual Tour of Israel for the residents. A great bonding experience, and something everyone will look forward to.
-
Are a Hillel or JLI director on a college campus, and want to add a special touch to your Israel programming schedule.
Virtual Israel Tours are designed for up to 20 participants (50 for schools). Each session is approximately 45 minutes. Discounts are available for packages of 3, 5, 10, and 20 sessions. Each package purchased includes a discount for actual guiding for a future trip to Israel (redeemable for up to 3 years).

Kotel Excavations (Robinson's Arch)
At the SW corner of the Kotel, known as Robinson's Arch, archaeologists discovered some incredible finds which had been buried for nearly 1,900 years. Stand on the same road Jewish pilgrims stood on before they went to the Second Temple, and immerse yourself in the same mikveh many of them did.

Yom HaAtzma'ut
After nearly 1,900 years of exile, the Jewish people declared their independent country on May 14, 1948. Learn about the events which led to this incredible moment, walk into Independence Hall, and visit sites where brave soldiers fought and died in order to ensure the re-establishment of the Jewish state.

Yom Yerushalayim
From 1948-1967, Jerusalem was a divided city between Israel and Jordan. During the 1967 Six Day War, Israel unified the city, and it has been open to all visitors since. You'll visit notable locations along the former border line, and better understand what we're celebrating on Yom Yerushalayim.

Knesset/Supreme Court
Israel's Parliament and highest court pass and interpret laws which affect the lives of over 10 million citizens. You'll learn how the Israeli coalition government system works, how justices are selected, and some of the most important cases before the Court. Then you'll go through thousands of years of Jewish history via the beautiful sculptures carved into the majestic Knesset Menorah.

Ancient Synagogues
Synagogue architecture and decorations have dramatically changed over the centuries. Starting in the 1st century, and into the 5th century, we'll visit four different synagogues, including Masada and Hamat Tiberias (where you'll see a decoration you would NEVER imagine you'd find in a synagogue!).

Masada
In 70 CE, the Romans destroyed the Second Temple. Three years later, thousands of their troops arrived at Masada, an isolated fortress deep in the Judean Wilderness, built by King Herod. Heavily outnumbered, a few hundred Jews fought back against them. After ascending via cable car, you'll visit one of the most famous sites in Israel and in Jewish history.
